Last weekend, Best Buy finally lived up to its reputation. They offered the Best Buy on the Palm Pre, literally.

A glitch on the vendor system led to confusion on the price of the Palm Pre. The Pre was being offered for $99 with a 2 year contract. In reality, the Pre is $199 with a 2 year contract. Really wish I had Sprint last weekend…
And in technology news, a Microsoft-Yahoo (or YahooSoft) partnership finally emerged over the weekend.

Though this partnership is a couple years too late, it will be interesting to see what Microsoft has up their sleeves to undercut Google. Right now, Google is way ahead of competition for search-engine superiority. With the public release of the new myTouch 3G right around the corner (official release date is August 5th, 2009), Google is only adding to its arsenal.
Choosing between the Palm Pre, the myTouch 3G, and the iPhone 3G is like asking me to choose between Jessica Alba, Rachel McAdams, and Megan Fox.
Remember that Dr. Cell Phone offers cell phone repair for both the Palm Pre and the new myTouch 3G from Google!
