nuvifone to cost $299 with 2-yr service deal
Sept 29 (Reuters) – Wireless carrier AT&T (T.N) and navigation device maker Garmin (GRMN.O) said the G60 nuvifone will be available beginning Oct. 4 to AT&T customers in the U.S. at AT&T stores and online from the carrier’s website.
The nuvifone G60 will be sold for $299 with a two-year service agreement after a $100 mail-in-rebate, the companies said in a statement. G60, built in partnership with Taiwanese PC maker Asustek (2357.TW), runs on a Linux-based operating system.
