    2) The second method is by completing the Mail-In-Form. Put your name, address, and important contact information, along with the make and model of your phone, and a brief description of the problem you are having on the mail-in form. You can also select the RETURN shipping method. Submit the form. At this time, you must print out the form and send it in along with your device. Then it becomes your responsibility to ship us the phone for repair.

    Once we receive your phone at our repair facility, a representative will call you to confirm your payment information and the problem you are having with your phone. Once we have your credit card on file, the repair process will begin. We will ship your phone back to you (using the shipping option you selected) as soon as it has been repaired.
