Dr. Cell Phone™ Repair status check online

Dr. Cell Phone™ has implemented a real time repair status check on our website to help our customers find out the status of their orders. Please note, all repair statuses are updated every hour, so if you are expecting an update but you do not see that the status of your repair order has changed, please allow another hour so that our database can be updated.

Using a combination of two pieces of information, the Dr. Cell Phone™ Repair Status Check will allow you, the customer, to find out if you’re phone is ready for pick up, already in the mail with access to check the tracking number, or notify you of any other pertinent information needed before we can continue with your repair. You will need your Repair Order Number, the Serial number of your phone, and/or a reference number that you asked us to input. Two out of three must be correct in order to find your repair order successfully.

Repair Order Number- Dr. Cell Phone™ customers will receive their repair order number when their device is dropped off to the Dallas headquarters, or an email with a PDF of the Repair Estimate (which contains the Repair Order Number) will be sent once we receive the device for repair.

Reference No - if you mailed your device to us for repair, this reference no. is “Mail In”

Serial number- Every phone has a serial number or ESN number attached to it. If you’re device is dead and not powering on, try using the phone number on your account to work as a substitute for the serial number, or find the IMEI, ESN, or serial number on your phone. If you have your phone, and it turns on, you can press *#06# to get the IMEI or ESN number of your phone. The Repiar Order Number, Reference No., and the Serial number are also located on the Repair Estimate that each customer receives when submitting their phone. Please refer to this estimate for more information.

To check the current status of a repair, enter any two of our Repair Order Number, your Reference Number, or the Serial Number of the item. Enter only upper case letters and numbers for the Reference Number or Serial Number, ignoring any other characters (such as spaces or hyphens).
